The Mayor of Richmond upon Thames is invited to do a walkabout tour of the stalls to meet and greet from 11am onwards.

Organising the fair is a non profit-making endeavour by HANDS. Stall fees just cover expenses. There are no commercial stalls. The Fair will take place come rain or shine, hopefully shine!

History: The Charities Fair was first held in 1981 to enable local charities and voluntary groups to participate in Twickenham’s 800 year Anniversary Celebrations and to promote volunteering by providing an affordable venue and opportunity for fundraising and publicity. Additionally, six local craft stalls are invited to take part – selling their own hand-made creations-pots, cushions, jewellery, picture frames etc.
